Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. However, we will do our best to address the issue you are having. Please note, we do not offer refunds on our Children’s Stories services.
To be eligible for a refund for your article or blog, the content must be unused (unposted). If it has been posted (even if you have made edits) we will not provide a refund.
All refunded orders are checked occasionally to ensure the content was not used. If we find that you are in breach of this agreement, we will have our legal representative reach out to you.
Please see below for the reasons we will offer a full or partial refund for our Articles & Blogs, eBooks, and Article & Blog Update services:
- Delivery (blog post/ article, etc.) does not align with your submitted requirements
- Delivery is more than a day and was caused by us, being no fault of your
- Delivery is incomplete and was caused by us, being no fault of your
- Order placed mistakenly (please note that this cancellation must be done within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order would have been started and possibly completed) Please send request for cancellation to email@example.com.
Prohibited ServicesPlease note that we absolutely DO NOT assist with academic pieces. We strongly believe it is ethically incorrect, and as such, do not engage in this practice. DO NOT place an order for any form of academic work. We WILL NOT complete it.
You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Your order will be delivered via email in .DOC file format unless otherwise specified. We can also deliver in PDF, ODT, TXT, ePUB.
To request a change to your order, please email us the changes you need to be done at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do try to make edits within 24 hours. Please note that changes should not be new requirements that were not previously submitted. The only changes that will be made are the ones in accordance with your original requirements.
